7 Minimum Effort Beauty Products That Have Maximum Effect

Finding a great beauty product that does exactly what you want it to is a feeling of true satisfaction. But finding a beauty product that requires you to put in minimal effort and delivers maximum effect is on a whole new level of pleasure. I've rounded up 7 of the best products that do exactly that to share with you today.

BAREMINERALS BARESKIN CONCEALER*: Finding a concealer that can really wow me is a tough brief. I've been loyal to the Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer for years but that's been tossed to the side for this. It's a 2 in 1 as it not only disguises darkness and blemishes but it's also a serum. It feels incredible upon application as it's so smooth and hydrating but it doesn't slip around or crease. Often high coverage products can be stiff and tough to work with but this blends like an absolute dream. On days where you want to minimal makeup but coverage this is perfect.

TOO FACED HANGOVER X PRIMER: When you're not feeling your best it automatically shows in your skin. So on the days where my complexion is looking less than healthy I always reach for something that can give the illusion of health and a good nights sleep. The Too Faced Hangover X Primer helps to retain moisture in the skin with the use of probiotics and coconut water in its ingredients list. But it doesn't make the skin feel greasy or slippy which can be a common problem with hydrating base products.

CHARLOTTE TILBURY COLOUR CHAMELEON EYE PENCIL*: Eyeshadow application is not my forte, I make no secret that I'm pretty cack-handed. So any product that can help me create the illusion that I've put a tonne of time into my eye look is something that I'm always going to be a fan of. The Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Pencils are possibly the easiest makeup product to apply but they add so much pizazz to the eye. All you have to do is scribble them onto the lid and with a brush or even your finger blend them out and voila you're done. Not only are they super simple to use but they're incredibly long lasting when worn alone or in combination with other shadows.

ZOEVA BUFFER BRUSH*: Long gone are the days where I used to paint my foundation on with a flat brush. Not only did they leave undesirable streaks but it also it took far too long. However that all changed when brushes like the Real Techniques Buffing Brush came into the beauty world. A brush that makes seriously light work of any base in a matter of seconds is the Zoeva Buffer Brush. You can blend and buff with ease and like all the Zoeva brushes they're incredibly flexible. Yet they're just dense enough so you can get into all contours of the face and achieve a flawless base within seconds.

CLINIQUE POP LIP LIPSTICKS*: When going for a lipstick I want something that will stay put, be flattering on the lips and is easy to work with and that's exactly what the Clinique Pop Lips are. They're formulated with a built-in primer which helps to create a smooth even base and the satin finish makes them comfortable to wear and reapply throughout the day. So often lipsticks can require a lot of effort and prep but these are just a throw on and go type of product.

PACO RABANNE OLYMPEA*: This is one of the best perfumes in my fragrance wardrobe for staying put all day. It contains salted vanilla with top notes of jasmine and lily so that you still get a fresh feminine scent with that edge of masculinity. Paco Rabanne isn't a brand that I've bought from in years as I moved onto the likes of Jo Malone. But their fragrances always have incredible staying power so they're worth looking into if that's something that you struggle with.

BAREMINERALS BARE PRO FOUNDATION*: Powders have come a long way in recent years and now they can do some much more than just mattify the skin. This new release from Bare Minerals is everything that I love in a powder, it sets everything in place, offers additional coverage and doesn't make the skin look cakey and flat. The pressed mineral powder is buttery smooth in formulation glides over any blemishes or dry patches and it helps your base to wear evenly throughout the day.
