At Home Workouts For Small Spaces

Working out at home is awesome, you can do it at any time and wear whatever you please and not have to worry at all what you look like. But when you're not blessed with a huge amount of space to workout in it can be tough when all the videos online are done in huge spaces. As I've been preferring to work out at home lately and I only have a tiny space to do it in. Here are the best videos I've found that allow for that.  

SNEAK IN SOME YOGA! Because you are worth it - and we know the tools of YOGA are powerful and sometimes quite simple. Yoga at your desk is perfect for anybody who spends much time working at a computer or in a cubicle.

Yoga For Runner's - or joggers, or brisk walkers. This practice offers great release and rehab after a good run or cardio. Also a wonderful practice to repeat to up or maintain your running or cardio game. This sequence stays low to the ground.

If you want to know how to get lean, sexy, slim calves - this workout will do it for you! No equipment, plus you can do it anywhere, especially at home. I did this calf workout and was SORE FOR DAYS. Loved it so much. Big thank you to Zespri for making this possible!
