About twice a week or so I have a day where I'm out of the house all day. When I know I'm going to be gone for 12 + hours then I always pack myself a little emergency kit stuffed with all the necessities. Some of the items I might not even use, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
Lanolips Antibacterial Hand Cream*: I've got a strange phobia of public bathrooms, but I can't stand having dirty hands. So this is ideal for me, it also eliminates the need to carry around a separate hand cream too. It sinks in quickly so you're not left with horribly sticky hands whilst still providing nourishment.
Portable iPhone Charger: This should be a necessity for anybody as we all know how quickly iPhones can run out of battery. I'm on the hunt for a new one as my current one only gives me one full charge which is a little bit of a pain.
Cath Kidston Mirror: For any touch ups, checking I've not got food around my mouth and avoiding the dreaded fringe gap.
Comb: Again, for sorting out my fringe, any other full fringed ladies out there will feel my pain.
Blister Plasters: No matter how long I've worn a pair of shoes I can't seem to stop getting blisters at the moment. There is nothing worse than when you're on the go and feeling that awful stinging pain so plasters are a must.
Fresh Sugar Lip Balm: I always make sure that I've got a tinted balm in my bag, this one from Fresh is my perfect my lips but better shade so is easy to throw on.
Zoeva 106 Face Brush: I always worry about taking brushes out on the go with me as I don't want to damage them. This small number from Zoeva is ideal because it's shorter than your average brush and packed away carefully it's perfect for on the go.
MAC Powder: It's rare I ever take make-up on the go with me, I'm just too lazy for touch ups to be honest. For good skin days I will go for the MAC MSF in Lightscapade, it just adds so much life to the face and sweeps over any blemishes. If I need any help with coverage, I would probably go for the MAC MSFN instead.
