Your Weekend Reading, Watch & Listen List #16 Festive Edition

For this month's weekend reading list I thought I’d make things a little more festive as Christmas has certainly crept up on us, hasn’t it? My weekend before the big day is going to be spent tying up any loose work ends and finally wrapping everyone’s gifts as I’ve been putting that off for a few weeks now as I’m really pretty terrible at wrapping gifts and it’s never as fun as I like to think it’s going to be. So here are some of my favourite things to watch, listen and read during the festive period, enjoy!

  • We’re currently making our way through the Harry Potter films and it’s fail safe for making me feel festive.

  • As well as Christmas episodes of The Simpsons, the absolute best!

  • Elf is probably one of my favourite Christmas films of all times.

  • The Muppet Christmas Carol is another favourite.

  • Anything Wallace & Gromit is something I always tend to watch with my family.

  • For Vlogmas this year I’ve been really enjoying Rhiannon Ashlee as always.

  • Even though it’s not festive in the slightest Jenna Marbles giving her greyhound Bunny a bath is just adorable.

  • The Hot Ones Holiday Special was wonderful.

  • An album I’ve been listening to a lot is Honne - Warm On A Cold Night and it always reminds of cold winter nights.

  • I’ve finally got into Billie Eilish too, yes, I’m extremely late to the party.

  • My boyfriend and I always give Reliant K’s Christmas album a listen.

  • I’ve got all my Harry Potter books out of the loft to start reading over my little Christmas break.

  • Really loved Liv’s decorating for Christmas post.

  • Poppy’s was also absolutely glorious, I’m so desperate to have a real tree next year.

  • Thoroughly enjoy Jasmine Dowling’s 2019 wrap up.

  • A brilliant post on low waste wrapping solutions, a terrifying amount of wrapping paper gets thrown away each year.

have a wonderful weekend
