7 Things That I've Decluttered Lately
One of my biggest guilty pleasures in life is either watching time lapses of people cleaning in YouTube videos or finding out the things that people choose to declutter. And this year has been the year of decluttering for me, not only because I've moved house but also because my relationship with material items has changed so much. Don't get me wrong, I still absolutely love things and you probably wouldn't believe me if you looked into my office but it's a big change from what I used to be like. Anyway, here are the things that I've decluttered lately from beauty products to notepads.

We all know that we're in the season where we have to amp up our moisture levels. And it's all too easy to believe that means slathering a thick rich cream onto the skin and hoping for the best. But over the years, and my skin always freaking out and feeling like it's going to crack if I dare to use my facial muscles I've learnt there are many ways to give the skin the hydration that it desperately wants without going for the obvious options. It's particularly chilly here right now, as I type this there are a good few inches of snow on the ground which means I've got to reach for my hydration heavyweights.

This year has definitely been the year of less for me and my spending habits. Long gone are the days where I would go shopping because I was unhappy and felt the need to fill the void with meaningless possessions. And this means that I've really been able to hone in on what works in my wardrobe and what I consider my true style basics. Without these basics that make up the core of my wardrobe I'd never be able to build outfits on them and transition them throughout many seasons.
