Things To Do When You're In A Bad Mood
Let's be honest here, sometimes you can be in such a bad mood that it ruins your entire day. I hate to lose so much time to a foul mood so I do everything I can to try and get myself out of it and here are 14 of my favourite ways to do that.
- Put on really loud music and dance around. If you watch Grey's think M&C dancing it out.
- Watch sausage dog videos on YouTube.
- Talk to your loved ones.
- Watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
- Treat yourself to your favourite food.
- Write down everything that you're grateful for in life.
- Give yourself a pep talk.
- Pamper yourself with your favourite products.
- Smile - sounds silly but it works!
- Try to be rational about whatever has put you in a bad mood.
- Have a hot drink, fruit tea is my favourite.
- Remember that nothing is permanent.
- And no matter what you can always take something positive from any situation.
