Life Lately #1

New lip balm to join my collection, Productive day, Breakfast, 3/4 face, White Rabbit teahouse, Cosy, Daniel Wellington watch & Dogeared bracelet, Fairy light Kilner jar and the obligatory snow picture.

I haven't done one of these posts in a while so I thought it would be nice to share things that I have been up to lately and things I have been enjoying. So here goes:

Current favourite blogs: Call me cupcake, possibly the most beautiful food blog out there it makes me want to don my pinny and become a baking godess. Sadly that is not something that will happen so I will just enjoy gazing at her photographs for now. On a more beauty related note its safe to say that Alex over at I Covet Thee is a blog I check almost daily and I have a list as long as my arm for products that she has recommended.

Current favourite bands: This is not something that I can easily narrow down but lately I have been listening to an awful lot of Bon Iver, FENCES, City and Colour and Ben Howard. I have also signed up to Spotify so I have been digging out some 80's favourites and the best one I have found yet is ABC- The look of love (part 1). Oh and of course with the return of Destiny's Child and Justin Timberlake (my childhood favourites)

Current favourite products: During the snowy patch in the UK I really dug out every intensive moisturiser that I owned to some how re-hydrate my skin but sadly I couldn't find anything suitable for my face but my body was in for a treat with my beloved almond body butter from The Body Shop. Some more favourites of mine are Essie 'Ladylike' polish, Liz Earle 'Rose' blush and the Korres lip butter in 'Plum'.

Current favourite fashion item: This hands down is the Mulberry scarf that my sister bought me as a gift for Christmas it is absolutely beautiful and something I will treasure forever. My Hunter wellies also probably deserve a mention as they are the only thing that I have been able to wear lately.
