Butter Me Up
Jergens Cocoa Butter £4.99*
I mentioned in my June favourites post that I am really into body moisturisers at the moment so when a lovely lady working with Jergens contacted me about trying a product from the new line it sounded like something right up my street. So for the past 2ish weeks I have been road testing the Jergens Cocoa Butter deep conditioning body moisturiser*. The first thing I noticed about this product is that it doesn't smell like any cocoa butter product that I have tried, I can't quite put my finger on it but needless to say of course it still smells divine. Now I moisturise every single day because the skin on my body can be quite dry especially on my legs and I find that this product gives a fantastic surge of moisture and not leaving me feeling greasy or sticky, unlike the Body Shop body butters which I adore but they take their time to sink in and if I sit on my sofa at home which is leather I feel like I could slide of it. I have found a little goes a long way with this product and the consistency is quite thin which I think is great for summer because you don't want anything to heavy but still want to feel moisturised at the same. Now something that gives this product some bonus points for me is that it really keeps my tattoo's looking lovely and bright and sometimes they can look a little bit dull especially those on my legs and they definitely look a lot brighter since I have been using this.
So all in all I have really enjoyed using this product and I think when the weather eventually picks up (if it ever will) it will be absolutely perfect. Now this product is part of the new line from Jergens but from what I have seen of the rest of the line there looks like there is some lovely products to come I especially like the look of the Skin Firming moisturiser. Finally Jergens are also running a competition on their Facebook page to win the chance to have a makeover and a magazine experience with Marie Claire. So that is definitely worth checking out!
So are you like me and moisturise every day if so whats your favourite moisturiser?
