Tinted Moisturiser Trio
Throughout the past year or so I've started to go for more light weight options now my skin is good enough and I feel confident with less coverage. Some of my more covering options in my foundation stocks are still my go to for a really long day but at the moment when I'm just doing errands and then spending the rest of the day at my desk I've been really enjoying a tinted moisturiser.
The like skin one:
The first one I tried was the Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint*, this offers the lightest level of coverage and is very much like skin. It isn't too dewy which can be the issue with some tinted moisturisers but it does still provide a good level of hydration too the skin. With 4 shades available finding one that does sit well with your skin tone might be a little tricky but then as the product is just so sheer it is easily blended out too.
The really dewy one:
I've never really tried any base products from Clarins, they just aren't somewhere that really comes to mind for me. However I was recently pleasantly surprised with Clarins HydraQuench Tinted Moisturiser*, this offers slightly more coverage than the previous option. It definitely has more of a glow and leaves my complexion a real boost of radiance so for that reason I've been using it almost like a primer for my base. If your skin is particularly dry I think that this might be the one for you as it packs a punch with hydration.
The one with coverage:
I've left the best until last and that is the Rodial Instaglam Skin Tint* and I really cannot get enough of this. It gives me the kind of coverage that I expect from the likes of a foundation but with all the glow of a tinted moisturiser. I wore this not that long ago completely alone with absolutely no concealer and felt really happy about it, I love the coverage and the formulation of this it remind me a lot of the YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat.
