Awesome At Home Workouts

In my latest fitness post , I raised the point of exercising from home, it's something I do on a regular basis when I've not got the time to go to the gym. So, I thought I would share a few of my favourite at home workouts with you today.

Yoga with Adriene

I've mentioned Adriene a few times recently as I'm currently doing her 30 days of yoga. If you're looking to get into yoga then I would definitely suggest Adriene. Her workouts are easy and fun to follow, you're never left feeling bored or itching for them to end. There are so many available that you're bound to find something that works for you.

PopSugar - Fitness

I discovered these posts through Bloglovin and I'm so glad that I did. There are hundreds of workouts available and their leg workouts are some of my favourites. They're not too long which is so good for those of us who don't have a huge amount of time on our hands.

Blogilates

My love for Pilates started last year and I'm looking forward to going back to my weekly class as it was my favourite hour of the week. The Pop Pilates for Beginners video is something that I try and do at least once a week. Like yoga, it's a lot more challenging than you could have ever imagined but once you get into the swing of things it's awesome.

Pinterest

Not your typical option but there are hundreds upon thousands available on Pinterest. It means you can craft together your own little workout by taking pointers from each. You can print them out or make a workout on your phone as a little checklist.

Apps

There are tons of workout apps available, the 30-day ones are always good if you just want something quick and easy. My favourite is Full Fitness as you can not only track everything you do, but it also gives you workout suggestions too for targeted areas.

What is your favourite at home workout?
