Things To Do When You're In A Bad Mood

Let's be honest here, sometimes you can be in such a bad mood that it ruins your entire day. I hate to lose so much time to a foul mood so I do everything I can to try and get myself out of it and here are 14 of my favourite ways to do that. 

  1. Put on really loud music and dance around. If you watch Grey's think M&C dancing it out. 
  2. Watch sausage dog videos on YouTube.
  3. Talk to your loved ones. 
  4. Exercise. 
  5. Watch F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
  6. Treat yourself to your favourite food. 
  7. Write down everything that you're grateful for in life. 
  8. Give yourself a pep talk.
  9. Pamper yourself with your favourite products. 
  10. Smile - sounds silly but it works!
  11. Try to be rational about whatever has put you in a bad mood. 
  12. Have a hot drink, fruit tea is my favourite. 
  13. Remember that nothing is permanent. 
  14. And no matter what you can always take something positive from any situation.
