Makeup brushes are one of my all time favourite things to write about when it comes to beauty. I'm a big believer that even with cheaper products with a good brush to hand you can really make the most of an item and they are the unsung heroes of the beauty world. So today I'm sharing the 5 makeup brushes I believe everyone should have in their collection. 

Over the past few years, micellar waters have become incredibly popular and it's not hard to understand why. They're awesome at removing makeup and preparing your skin for a second cleanse. Whilst the cult classic Bioderma has been around for years these types of products are only just making their way onto the high street. And I've tried several of the cheaper alternatives so I thought I'd round them all up today and share what I think the best is. 

Writing about beauty means that I'm fortunate enough to work some awesome brands so I'm constantly discovering new products. So today I thought I would round up some of my favourite discoveries from 2016 so far. Although I'm sure that none of these items will be that much of a shock for my regular beauty post readers. 

Dealing with uneven skin tone and texture is something I've dealt with since being a teenager. Of course, back then I just applied a thick layer of Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse and hoped for the best. But as I've got older and discovered the world of beauty a little more. I've learnt that there are so many ways to deal with different tones in your skin as well as texture which means you don't have to pile on heavy layers of product.
