Beauty Prep To Feel My Best For Bare Limb Weather
Although I wait and pray for the warmer seasons to roll around as I become so miserable in A/W something I always get slightly nervous about is bearing my limbs to the world. Body confidence is certainly not something that I exude and feel way more comfortable in my winter layers but I long for warm weather dressing because a good midi dress is my most prized wardrobe piece. A catch 22 right? Can anybody else relate? This year I'm on the quest to make sure that I really feel my best when shedding my winter layers and here are the things that I'm planning on doing to hopefully feel more confident than ever...
Why Getting A Dog Changed My Life & Made Me A Better Person
I feel like I need to give this post a disclaimer of; if you don't like dogs, think people who love dogs are idiots or do not care to understand why people are so attached to their pups, then I would X out now because this post will most definitely not be for you. We can all probably come to the same conclusion that I am a big dog lover, some might even say obsessed, which is somewhat surprising because when I was young. I was bitten by a dog and was utterly terrified of them until I was around the age of 16. Since then, dogs have become a huge part of my life and now I own two of my own it finally felt like the right time to sit and write this post as it's been a topic that plays on my mind daily.
5 New In Beauty Products That Are Perfect For Spring
We all know that I'm a big creature of habit when it comes to my beauty routine. As much as I love trying new things out I also love the comfort of using something I know works and is dependable. There have been quite a few new discoveries in my life lately, some new releases and some just new to me and they all happen to be perfect for the upcoming season. So if we could all pray that it's not going to snow again anytime soon that would be great as I'd really like to feel the sun on my skin once again.
9 Simple Daily Essentials That I'd Be Lost Without
One of my favourite types of blog post to not only create myself but read from others is where the real daily essentials are discussed. I love looking at dreamy editorial worthy content as much as the next person but what I find the most interesting is where people talk about the things they really use on a daily basis and not some fancy edited version. The real day to day essentials that they reach for without fail and would feel ever so slightly lost without. So here are nine of mine from a hand cream to my favourite dog lead...
A Fresh Skincare Routine That Is Simple But Effective
It's been a good while since I laid out my skincare routine in its full glory. In the last few months, I've stripped back my product rota quite a lot from what it used to be, I used to use far too many things and even though my skin was ok it really wasn't its best and as of right now my skin is the best it's ever been. Simplicity is key for my complexion to thrive and when something does crop up that doesn't quite look right then it's all too easy to figure out what the issue is and treat it directly. Rather than throwing on a thousand products and hoping one might work. So here is my somewhat stripped down skincare menu...
A New Work Routine For A Super Productive Day
Something I'm sure that we all strive for when it comes to our work day is making them productive as possible. And we all know the frustration and annoyance of sitting at our desks all day and seemingly still not getting anything done, I've had that happen far too many times. So when I came back to work after taking some time off something I made sure to do was to work on getting my day to day routine a little better rather than going back to what I was doing, which was far from healthy nor was it productive. When you're self-employed and don't have a traditional work structure, bad habits are all too easy to slip into and it's so easy to forget why you became self-employed in the first place. So this is what my current routine looks like and it's helping me be not only productive but allowing time in my routine for other things, which is exactly what I wanted.

It's been a good while since I shared the content I've loved online lately. One of my worst online habits is that I'm a silent reader but I always want to share and show appreciation for the things I've enjoyed in the online world. Sharing content in the blogging world is something I believe is so important so here is everything that I've loved online lately from podcasts to blog posts.

So if you want to up your beauty routine also, keep on reading.
8 Quotes That Changed My Life
Inspirational quotes and I have a little bit of a love-hate relationship. There are some that I hear and instantly roll my eyes because they're absolute nonsense and then there are some that really get under my skin, in a good way and have completely changed the way I think. And as I know the online world has a soft spot for an inspirational quote or two I thought I would share the ones that have had a really long-lasting impact on my life.
