Dealing With Uneven Skin Tones & Textures
Dealing with uneven skin tone and texture is something I've dealt with since being a teenager. Of course, back then I just applied a thick layer of Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse and hoped for the best. But as I've got older and discovered the world of beauty a little more. I've learnt that there are so many ways to deal with different tones in your skin as well as texture which means you don't have to pile on heavy layers of product.
15 Things I'm Currently Loving
90% of the time my content is planned down to a T and I like my posts to have a general theme & message. But sometimes it's fun to just have a chat about things that I'm currently enjoying, no matter what they are. So that is exactly what I'm doing today, just sharing 15 of my current favourite things ranging from food to hairstyles.
An Ode To An Early Night & Tips For A Great Nights Sleep
As I've got older I absolutely love having an early night. As a teenager, I could never understand why people loved going to bed so early but now I'm full converted to being asleep by 10pm most evenings. I'm a big morning person and tend to find that I get the most done to the best of my ability in the AM. Which considering how much of a night owl I used to be during my university days is surprising. Today I wanted to talk about why having an early night is so awesome and a few tips to getting the best nights sleep you possibly can.
5 Cult Reads
A few years ago when I started to get back into reading I made a promise to myself to read more cult and classic books. Normally I get my book suggestions from my best friend and don't pay attention to what's popular at the moment so I can often miss out on those books that everyone is talking about. I got some real cult classic books for my birthday and here are my thoughts on them.

The Skincare That's Currently Keeping My Skin Flawless
It's been a while since I've discussed my skincare routine in depth. I've, of course, mentioned products in various posts but it's been a little too long since I divulged the details of my product fix. Whilst I'm obviously going to jinx myself completely by saying this. But my skin has been blemish free for months now, even the hormonal ones have been minimal. And I think a lot of that is down is to an improvement of my diet but also a consistent routine with awesome products.
Motivating Yourself Through The Summer Slump
Every year without fail I go through a complete slump when summer rolls around. My energy levels hit 0 and all I was to do is lay in the sun and read but obviously, I can't do that. And being self-employed makes it just that little more difficult as I'm on the one who has to get myself into gear and I'm completely responsible for myself. Of course, the slump not only hits my workload but my life in general and I find everything takes a hit. So here are a few ways I've been trying to keep myself going and tackle the annual summer slump.
Throwback Cliche Blogger Products
Having been writing about beauty products for over 5 years now. I thought it would be fun to go back and look at those real cliche blogger products that everyone was talking about when I started writing this blog. Some I still use and love now but some have definitely been left in the dust for items I love even more. And as I know so many of you have been in the blogging world as long as I have these products will be a throwback to you too.
The Best Documentaries To Watch This Weekend
We all know that I'm a big lover of binge watching tv shows but nothing beats a good documentary for me. Because what is better than unwinding by watching something but learning too? I'm always on the hunt for interesting and thought provoking watches and here are some of my all time favourites.
