What A Year Of Driving Has Taught Me
The topic of driving is never one that I thought I would find myself wanting to write about. Well, that was until I realised that I am in-fact quite an anxious driver. It's the reason why I didn't continue to learn to drive when everybody else my age did. Fast forward 10 years I finally have my drivers license but the anxiety is still there, it plagued my entire learning to drive experience and even though I've been driving solo for well over a year now sometimes that anxiety still creeps up on me. So here is everything that a year of driving has taught me and some of the best things I've found for handling anxiety when on the road.

5 Of The Best From 2018 So Far...
Although I'm trying my best not to make the obvious statement. I'm going to, seriously, how is this year going by so fast? January seemed to last forever and the following months have whizzed by ever since and here we are in scorching July. As I generally only write about products that I enjoy I have covered a lot of my favourites already in the past 7 months. But here are 5 of the products that have stood out to me in 2018 and immediately spring to mind when I think of my most loved items.

Why I Loved Having A Long Distance Relationship
The topic of a long distance relationship is usually always met with the same response, an eye roll, and a scoff. And I was probably once one of those sceptics but it wasn't until my boyfriend started solidly working as a touring musician four years ago did I realise that they could be a blessing. There are so many different dynamics to have in a relationship and it's all about what works for that couple and not what is a standard in society. So to shed some light on why a LDR can be such a good thing and why I loved mine so much here is today's post.

Everything Awesome From June
Well, June was an absolute scorcher of a month, wasn't it? And I'm sure if you're not in the UK then you're probably very bored of people discussing the weather but to have constant warm days it's a big deal for us. And naturally, we don't handle it all that well so it's all we like to talk about. Aside from the glorious and sometimes tedious weather plenty of awesome things happened in the month of June and here are some of my highlights from the month.

My Top 6 Homeware Buys
It was Summer 2014 when I really started to get excited about buying homewares. And like most, I started off small as I was still living with my dad so it was items like a new duvet cover and cushions but still the excitement was there. Fast forward four years I have now bought a fair few pieces of furniture and chopped and changed what we have in our home. And right now I feel really confident in the pieces we have as they look nice and are functional which is what I need in my homewares. There is no point in filling your environment with things that just look nice but don't serve any purpose in your home. So here are the best homeware pieces that I've ever purchased and were well worth the money!

Why I'm Working Seasonally This Year
We've all probably heard of the term eating seasonally but what about working seasonally? Not something I'd ever heard all that much about until a few years ago and it's still not something that I've found is discussed enough but it's something that makes so much sense. We're still in the midst of a blazing heatwave in the UK or at this point do I just consider this summer? And it's had a serious knock-on effect with my motivation and I've completely changed my work day around the weather. Which of course, is something you generally only can do when you have complete control of your schedule. So today I want to talk to you about why working seasonally can be a really good thing and how to still tick off your to-do list when your brain feels frazzled from the sunshine.

10 Products I'm Using Up Right Now
Typically empties post aren't usually my thing, for one simple reason, I forget what I've used up and everything makes its way to the recycling bin before I've even had a chance to write about it. So think of today's post as my own version of an empties. Say hello to all the products that I've nearly finished up and my thoughts on them.

8 Instagram Accounts That Will Make You Want To Get Outside
Travel content is incredibly popular on Instagram and it's not hard to see why. And whilst I love looking at those dreamy images of far-flung sandy exotic destinations it's never something I find myself relating to all that much. However, images of the great outdoors and snapshots of peoples adventures are what I love and they inspire me to get outside so I thought I'd share some of my favourite people to follow who inspire me to leave the house.
